Kalshi: Nate Diaz & Tyson Fury
Two flagship campaign films pairing Kalshi, the regulated prediction market, with Nate Diaz and then Tyson Fury. One campaign became two within three months.
Kalshi, the regulated prediction market, needed pre-fight advertising campaigns built around two of combat sports' biggest names: Nate Diaz ahead of his fight against Mike Perry, and Tyson Fury before his bout with Makhmudov. Two shoots, two continents, tight fight-calendar deadlines that don't move.
Together with SKYRISE's CEO and Head of Video, we ran both productions: building and managing the timelines, connecting videographers, editors and post-production into one pipeline, and steering the creative from first brief to delivered films. One campaign became two within three months.

The brief came in at the start of May. The shoot happened on May 6th. Final deliverables were approved on May 12th. Less than two weeks from brief to sign-off, which only works when pre-production is solved before anyone touches a camera.
We produced a one-day shoot at Nate's own gym in Stockton, California, and built the production around him rather than the other way around. Nate trains at night, so the schedule adapted: crew call in the evening, real training first, directed work after. The gym's flat lighting was reinvented with directional light, haze and RGB tubes, turning a working gym into a cinematic space without losing what makes it real.

The creative bet was producing content that doesn't look produced. That casual look is a production decision like any other, and we protected it through every stage of the shoot and the edit. The footage was then structured into four films, each with its own identity, giving Kalshi a full campaign from a single day of shooting.
Three months later Kalshi came back, and the production scaled with it: a 10-person crew across production, creative direction and post-production, on location in Pattaya, Thailand.

We developed the visual treatment around Fury's real training environment and kept the production as natural and uninterrupted as possible, capturing the heavy bag work and ring movement with the edit's pacing already in mind. In post, the challenge was balance: keeping the rhythm aggressive while making sure the commercial still felt grounded.
Two campaigns delivered on fight-calendar deadlines: four films from one night in Stockton inside a two-week turnaround, and a full commercial campaign shot across the world in Thailand. A first collaboration that turned into a repeat client within three months.
